Bridging the Gap to Mental Health: You Don’t Have to Fight Alone

November 7 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

We’re bringing the community back together for a powerful day focused on mental wellness, education, healing, and connection with volume 2

Mental health struggles often happen silently.
Behind the smiles, the routines, the responsibilities, and the strong faces… many people are carrying battles no one else can see.

That’s why we created Bridging the Gap to Mental Health — a community-centered wellness experience designed to bring people together through conversation, connection, education, and support.

After an impactful Volume I, we’re returning for Volume II with a powerful new theme:

You Don’t Have to Fight Alone

This experience will focus on resilience, healing, emotional wellness, and the importance of community support. Through speakers, wellness resources, open conversations, and interactive experiences, we aim to create a safe and welcoming environment where people feel seen, heard, and encouraged.

Whether you are:

  • personally navigating mental health challenges,
  • supporting someone you love,
  • seeking resources,
  • interested in wellness,
  • or simply looking to be part of a meaningful community experience…

this event is for you.

This is more than a fair.
It’s a reminder that healing is not something we have to face alone.

Bridging the Gap to Mental Health is a community-centered mental health fair presented by Mingle In 757 and designed to shift perspectives, reduce stigma, and connect people to real, accessible resources that support the mind, body, and spirit.

Our goal is simple: Normalize the conversation. Strengthen the community. Bridge the gap.

We’re currently welcoming volunteers, wellness vendors, mental health professionals, healthy food vendors, and community partners to participate.
